   Both of these will be addressed in the upcoming SPT-successor/spin-off
   software package "CWIS", which is being developed specifically for the
   NSDL community and will be available in beta form late summer / early
   fall this year.

   SPT does not support OAI sets, in part because there hasn't been much
   interest in them from the folks we've talked to.  Have you got a specific
   use in mind that would benefit from set support?
