From the error messages you list, it looks like not all of the necessary
soft links were created during installation. To correct this error in
particular, you can do this from the command line:
cd /usr2/w3ccbib/pub/spt/MetadataTool
ln -s ../include .
Of course, this assumes that you're running some Linux or Unix variant.
What operating system and version of SPT are you using?
