[SPTUsers] Upgrade problem

   It may just be that your browser isn't recognizing the http refresh
   command that's supposed to take you into the second part of the upgrade.

   Try the same URL, except with "SPT--InstallComplete.php" in place of
   "SPT--Install.php".
