[SPTUsers] SPT 1.2.1 Released

   SPT version 1.2.1 has been released, and is now available for download
   on the Scout web site at http://scout.wisc.edu/Projects/SPT/downloads.php   
   This is primarily a bug fix release, but it does include one major
   internal set of changes, that should increase performance.  If you have
   made changes to SPT--Common.php or created your own user interface that
   includes its own copy of SPT--Common.php, you will need to update that
   file after upgrading to 1.2.1, to match functionality with the version
   of the file distributed with 1.2.1.  The result should be significantly
   decreased server loads when displaying the front page and for browsing,
   search, and recommender system results.

   After installing this new version (or even if you're sticking with
   1.2.0 for a while), I would ask that you use the "Register with Scout"
   feature on the Administration menu to let us know that you're using the
   software.  It really helps us determine where next to go with development.
