[SPTUsers] MetadataField constructor

Hello,

I've recently started working with SPT and I'm using version 1.2 
after I ran the updater scripts on a copy of our SPT database 
built-up using SPT version 1.0.2

Over the last few days, I've added about 20 new Metadata Fields 
(text, paragraph, and option-list fields) to our SPT installation but 
just now I tried to add a new resource and I get the following error.

ERROR:  No valid field type supplied to MetadataField constructor.

Any ideas on how to solve this?

Looking at the source for SPT--DBEntry.php?AddNewResource=1 and 
validating it I see there are a lot of validation errors but none 
seem to be show-stoppers. All the fields are there, although Release 
flag has lost it's <select> box and just shows the text "Not OK for 
viewing".
