[SPTUsers] How to run SPT on Windows 2000?

I'm running:

[1] Apache 2.0.47
[2] MySQL 4.0
[3] PHP 4.3.3
[4] Windows 2000 Professional

(1) I have downloaded the "spt-1.1.3.tgz" and unzipped by WinZip.

(2) A list of PHP, SQL files, and 6 folders "images" "include" "MetadataTool" 
"SPTUI--CleanOrange" "SPTUI--Default" "SPTUI--Standards" are unzipped.

Question:
- How should I get started under Windows 2000 Professional?

- What should I do with the "sptinstall-1.1.3" installation script?
