[SPTUsers] OAI harvester

Has anyone written an OAI harvester that dumps into SPT?
Or is this on the SPT/CWIS to-do list?

I'm considering something like:

* Perl with Harvester module to  get OAI data from remote site in 
oai_dc format
* Perl/DBI to read OAI mappings from database [ from Dublin Core 
element to database field]
   for oai_dc format
* Perl/DBI to write into database


just an idea.
