[SPTUsers] Disable the Full Record Title hyperlink

I would like to disable the Full Record Title hyperlink that based on
the URL , but enable the hyperlink in the URL. In order word, I want to
swap the hyperlink from Title to URL.
I couldn't figure out how to customize the SPT--FullRecoard.php
script.
Any help on this problem is very much appreciated.
