Fossils in Antarctica: British Antarctic Survey

Although marching penguins add to Antarctica's allure, The British Antarctic Survey (BAS) has found fossil evidence that dinosaurs, marsupials, and forests inhabited the area long before penguins charmed the world with their trademark waddle.
