  • Watch as owner Rhonda Morkes, of Morkes Chocolates, creates cool chocolate "gingerbread" houses.

  • Executive Pastry Chef Omar Martinez, Food for Thought
  • Be amazed as Executive Pastry Chef Omar Martinez, from Food for Thought, transforms blocks of white chocolate into a festive, miniature replica of The Field Museum. Chef Martinez's many awards include the 2009 Silver Medal on the Food Network's Challenge "Chocolate Masterpieces."
