ORAL REHYDRATION THERAPY

Fazle Hasan Abed, a former accountant, founded the Bangladesh Rural Advancement Committee (BRAC) in 1972 to help in the recovery of the country after the Liberation War of 1971. The organization has taught communities across the country the lifesaving technique of oral rehydration therapy.
