The United Nations Convention against Transnational Organized Crime was adopted by the General Assembly at its Millennium meeting in November 2000. This Website features a .pdf version of the 74-page document as well as documents and agendas from the first eleven meetings of the UN ad hoc committee responsible for formulating the Convention. The Convention itself will be opened for signature at a high-level conference in Palermo, Italy, in December 2000. Information about the conference is also provided on-site.
