This report was recently released by the UN Secretary-General's office. It discusses developments in the process of identification of potential voters for the holding of the referendum for self-determination of the people of Western Sahara. It also "covers other activities relevant to the implementation of the settlement plan and the agreements reached between the parties for its implementation."
