Hosted by the European Bioinformatics Institute, the BioModels Database is a collaborative, "new effort to develop a data resource that will allow biologist to store, search and retrieve published mathematical models of biological interests. The models in the BioModels Database are annotated and linked to relevant data resources, such as publications, databases of compounds and pathways, controlled vocabularies, etc." The website allows visitors to browse and search the Database for models. The site also provides information about submitting models for the Database.
