The George Bush Presidential Library and Museum

The George Bush Presidential Library and Museum was recently opened at Texas A&M University. The site is similar to many other US presidential library sites in that it describes its subject (and his wife), provides information about the museum, and features a photo gallery. What distinguishes this site from other presidential library sites is the availability of hundreds of searchable and browsable presidential papers, organized chronologically at this time. Transcripts of press conferences and State of the Union Addresses are available. By providing this glimpse into a presidency, the Bush Library site becomes a model that other Presidential sites would do well to emulate.
