Prehistoric Archaeology of the Aegean

Developed by a team of Dartmouth College undergraduates, graduate students, faculty, and staff at the Dartmouth Experimental Visualization Laboratory and the Classics Department, this site uses a series of 29 lessons to trace the cultural evolution of humanity in the Aegean basin from the Neolithic period to the Twelfth Century BC. In addition to the lessons, the site offers: information on chronology and terminology; two comprehensive bibliographies, Environment and History of the Discipline; and an internal search engine. Future plans include a glossary and a collection of related links.
