The National Right to Work Foundation (NRWF) is a "non-profit organization providing free legal aid nationwide to thousands of employees whose human and civil rights have been violated by compulsory unionism abuses." Established in 1968, the NRWF believes that all American workers should not be subjected to mandatory union membership.
