2013 Program Progress – Clean Air Interstate Rule, Acid Rain Program, and Former NOₓ Budget Trading Program

Recently posted by the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA), this report describes progress made under the Acid Rain Program, established by Congress in 1990 under the Clean Air Act. The report, which details the reduction of the primary components of acid rain, "provides both basic information about the nature of acid deposition and detailed descriptions of how key indicators have changed."
