The Democracy and Human Rights site contains fewer resources than the International Security site, and in fact, the first headline links to the latter. The site offers access to several journals off the front page -- Criminal Justice in the United States, Accountability in Government, and Towards a Community of Democracies -- but the bulk of the site's material is divided into two sections, Democracy and Human Rights.
