Lectures taking place at Lehigh are given by many experts in their fields and cover a broad spectrum of topics. "Bioscience in the 21st Century" is a multidisciplinary survey course in which several theme-based topics in bioscience and their social/ethical considerations will be explored. There are 35 video lectures, ranging between 30 to 60 minutes each, all given during the fall 2007 semester. Highlights include: What is a Pathogen?, Virus Evolution and Pandemics, Stem Cells Wrap-Up, Genome Sequencing Technologies, and much more.
