Allwardt, Charles

Funeral services for Charles Allwardt, former resident of Kaukauna, who passed away at the home of his brother, George at Green Bay last Tuesday, following four week's illness, were held Friday morning from the home of Mrs. Argo Simon, a niece West Fourth Street, at 9:30 o'clock. The Rev. Scheib conducted the rites. The Odd Fellow lodge took charge of the funeral arrangements. Services were also conducted in the chapel at the Evergreen cemetery, Manitowoc, where the body was interred in the family lot.

Pallbearers were Charles Heitling, Ervin Mantley, Victor Thyrion, Chas Beebe, John Hohner and Henry Meinert.

Out of town relatives who attended the funeral were John Allwardt, L. (?) Allwardt and Mrs. Arthur Schmalfeld all of Manitowoc.
