Grabbing a Stranglehold On Internet Access

You've probably already got high-speed (broadband, like DSL or cable modem) Internet access at home or would like to get high-speed Internet access at home, and with the highly competitive, consumer-friendly history of the Internet, it seemed like only a matter of time until high-speed access would be available to everyone at a reasonable price.
