The latest Internet guide from the Catherwood Library at Cornell University's School of Industrial and Labor Relations examines the ways in which unions and union members can utilize the Internet. The guide gives an introduction to unions on the Web, explains the difference between the Internet and the World Wide Web, and offers online resources that would be of use to unions. A large section explaining the benefits of having a union Website, which includes examples of well-designed union Websites and guidelines for creating union sites, is included as is an article on the pitfalls of using company email to organize.
