Announcements on home page - It doesn't work

Hi,

I'm working onCWIS 4.0 on Linux debian 9.x

In .../index.php?P=SysConfig I have:

Announcements On Home Page

(Minimum: 1)

Resources On Home Page

(Minimum: 0)

Display Resource Total On Home Page

Default User Interface: CWIS

But in the home page I don't see Announcements.

Is there any fix about this ?

The Announcements feature now depends on the Blog plugin to function. We shall fix the documentation in SysConfig to make this clear.
