I've been trying to upgrade our 2.4.0 installation since January, but I keep running into the same error " Unknown Folder ID (0)". This first happened with 3.0, at which point I saw another topic https://scout.wisc.edu/cwis/forums/troubleshooting/4495 indicating that this was a bug in the installation file. Since it wasnt' crucial for us to update, I waited until 3.0.1 came out, and tried again. That likewise ended in " Unknown Folder ID (0)". Now that 3.0.2 is out, I've tried to update and again get " Unknown Folder ID (0)".

I backed up the site before each upgrade attempt, and after each failure restored the site from backup, so each installation should have been starting from a clean place. I'm not the builder of our CWIS installation, but have inherited it, so I would appreciate any help or direction in fixing this error.

Could you unpack the attached file into the base directory for the site, after unpacking CWIS-3.0.2.zip but before running the upgrade? It contains a version of the site upgrade file that should provide us with more context for the error you're getting.
